Wolves player is expected to sign next month, potentially exiting Molineux in January.
Jonny Otto, a player from Wolverhampton Wanderers, could potentially be a valuable addition to Celta Vigo’s squad in January.
Estadio Deportivo predicts that Celta will bring in reinforcements to help them avoid relegation, currently in 18th spot. Jonny’s situation at Wolves has led to him being pushed forward as a target for the La Liga side. The 29-year-old fullback has apologised and will be training away from the first team until the end of January.
The player, who hasn’t appeared for the Premier League side since September, has been linked with a return to his former club, Celta. The Spaniard, who spent six years at the club, has been linked with a return to Wolves. Celta manager Rafael Benítez has stated that the club is focused on the current games and players, rather than the future, and that the player’s return is a “latent possibility” next month.
