
Hank Fraley of the Lions will interview for the position of OC for the Seahawks….
On Friday, the highly regarded offensive line coach from the Lions will interview for the offensive coordinator post with the Seahawks.
It appears that this summer, the Detroit Lions will have to deal with the loss of more than only defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn and offensive coordinator Ben Johnson. NFL Network reports that Hank Fraley, the offensive line coach for the Lions, will interview on Friday for the role of offensive coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks. Fraley has been an offensive line coach in the NFL for a long time, but this is his first interview as an offensive coordinator. Before being appointed to his current role in 2020, Fraley served as the offensive line coach for the Vikings for three years, as an assistant offensive line coach for two years, and as an offensive line coach at UCLA for one year. “I specifically requested that Hank be given the chance to interview for the position,” Decker stated. “I think he does a really good job, so don’t just clean the house. I believe he understands the game quite well. Examine everything and every defence in detail. And because he spent 11 years playing the game, I think his method of imparting knowledge and new skills is excellent. There are many young men in the room, so he fits in well, and I believe he has performed admirably.
